Purchasing Executive

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.

Purchasing Executive responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.

Ultimately, you’ll create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.


Responsibilities

  • Research potential vendors

  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Administrative Executive Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assume role of primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

  • Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations

  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally

Production Engineer

We are seeking a qualified, innovative production engineer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will oversee and improve production processes in our factory. Engineering aptitude, a high attention to detail, and the ability to optimize production processes for maximum efficiency are necessary skills for this role.

Production Engineer Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory

  • Assess and analyze current production methods

  • Develop and draft an improved production process

  • Design and implement cost-reductive changes

  • Maximize productivity of machinery and workers

  • Follow product specifications and quality control measures

  • Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility

  • Determine how many workers are needed to man the production line

  • Train, supervise, and manage production line workers

  • Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality

  • Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results

  • Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.

  • Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.

  • Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.

  • Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.

  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.

  • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Mechanical / Electrical Engineer / Technician

​Responsibilities:

  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
